George Cappannelli
George Cappannelli is the CEO & President of The Information and
Training Company, a business consulting and training organization he
founded 18 years ago. The company specializes in organizational and
cultural change work within both the public and private sectors. It’s
unique signature provides a strong focus on creating vision-driven,
values based organizations. It provides strategic planning, advanced
research and polling, leadership and team development, executive coaching,
skills enhancement training and advanced information products to assist
in the support and implementation of new skills and competencies. Clients
includes a number of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and
national associations including: Arthur Anderson Consulting, Avery Dennison,
The Boeing Company, Hughes Space & Communications, TRW, Digital,
PepsiCo, NASA, Taco Bell, Pacific Bell, Sun Microsystems, Honeywell,

and Founder of two New York based film and television production companies,
Theater Visions and Axial Productions, under whose auspices his work
won a number of International Film Awards, as well as ANDY, CLEO and
two special category EMMY Awards. He was Co-Founder and Director of
The Institute for Individual and World Peace and The International Integrity
Program, served as Executive Director of The Sedona Institute and as
Executive Director of The Society for the Advancement of Human Spirit,
an organization chaired by The Dalai Lama.
As Lead Facilitator for Insight Seminars and The Insight Consulting
Group, he spent 6 years designing and delivering public transformational
seminars around the world and during this period co-designed and delivered
that organizations’ Professional Training for Trainers and its
corporate managing Accelerated Performance Program. His background also
includes work in the advertising and marketing field where he served
as Executive Vice President and Creative Director of Allerton, Berman
and Dean, A New York firm.
In 1991 he returned to the political arena where he managed a U.S. Senate
Campaign in California. He also served as a special consultant in the
1992 presidential campaign.
Mr. Cappannelli is also an award winning sculptor whose works in stone,
wood and bronze are in a number of public and private collections. He
is also a writer. His books include work on motivation, individual and
organizational transformation and self-management and productivity “Say
Yes to Change”, “It’s About Time”
and “Say Yes to Life – Essential Lessons About Life
We Never Learned In School”. He is also the author of a new
novel entitled “Old Stones & Promises” and
is at work on two new projects: “Lessons From Our Fathers
and Mothers” and “The Breakthrough Factor”.
George and Sedena reside in Fountain Hills, Arizona. They are business
partners as well as co-authors of “Say Yes To Change”,
“Say Yes to Life” and “Lessons From Our
Fathers and Mothers”.

Sedena Cappannelli
Sedena C. Cappannelli is a corporate and personal consultant and an
innovator in the field of Self-Enhancement and Personal Energy management.
As President of About Life Inc., she creates original corporate and
public programs, retreats, books and Audio/Visual materials that foster
personal empowerment and renewal for women. These programs and her personal
coaching strategies are based on a unique combination of Energy For
Life Skills derived from her work as a leading business consultant and
over 20 years of personal discipline in transformational, Eastern and
Native American practices and contemporary healing modalities.
Sedena’s background spans a broad range of professional areas
and includes a number of significant accomplishments: writer, producer,
actress, television spokesperson, business and motivational consultant.
As diverse as these areas of focus are, however, each demonstrates a
common interest and has a central point of intersection. Her work is
about generating inspiration, bringing people together to learn and
to be empowered to create loving, vital and fulfilling lives.
In her work as a lead business consultant with The Information &
Training Company, Sedena works with a wide range of fortune 500 companies,
national and state government agencies and national associations. Her
excellent communication and people skills as well as her extensive background
in personal development work assist her in helping executive leadership
teams to develop stronger visions, articulate core values and implement
trust based, team focused environments.
As a motivational consultant, Mrs. Cappannelli integrates her highly
successful corporate skills into tailor-made lectures, personal empowerment
workshops and on-going Self-Enhancement Retreats for Women that she
presents around the country. These retreats combine a unique blend of
interactive learning processes, martial arts-based exercises, powerful
self-healing modalities and personal reflection.
As writer and producer, she has written and developed a wide range of
story concepts for television that offer unique formats. The latest
of these is “Earth Alive Network”, an upbeat entertainment/magazine
show featuring good news and solutions to personal and global challenges.
The show’s presentation pilot featured Ed Asner and was supported
by numerous celebrities including Kenny Loggins who donated his award
winning song, “Conviction of the Heart”.
As an actress and member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1979, Sedena
has appeared in a number of feature films, television pilots and series
and theater productions as well as numerous national and local commercials.
She produced and acted in the “well received” theatrical
production, “An Evening with Lanford Wilson” in Hollywood.
She produced “The Shakespeare Circle”, for cable television
and performed for two years with The Los Angeles Shakespeare Circle
as a founding troupe member.
As a writer, her books include work on motivation, personal and organizational
development, self-empowerment and Energy management: “Say Yes
to Change” and two upcoming books, “Lessons from our Fathers
& Mothers” and “Say Yes To Life”. Her book, “The
Portable Self Enhancement Program” is the culmination of years
of personal discovery and practice. This highly effective, easy to use
program incorporates powerful martial arts-based exercises and other
valuable skills that vitalize, balance and empower individuals physically
emotionally and spiritually. This book is the accompaniment to the Self
Enhancement Retreats for Women and is utilized in her public personal
empowerment workshops and lectures.
Lastly there is a new children’s book entitles “Everything
is Exactly the Way It Should Be”, which promises to be the beginning
of a series of inspirational books for children.
In addition to her other accomplishments, she served on the nominating
committee for the Screen Actors Guild Awards, is a member of the American
Federation of Television and Radio Artists, A member of NAFE and NAWBO,
The Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, The
Society of Southwestern Authors and The national Museum of Women’s
History in Washington, DC. She is a volunteer in the Phoenix chapter
of Book pals (Performing Artists for Literacy in Schools) and actively
supports a number of charities that focus on women at risk and Native
American issues.
George and Sedena reside in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
